Because we sell digital products (Google Sheets and Excel templates), our return and refund terms differ from those for physical goods.

1. Digital Products – All Sales Final

• All products are digital downloads delivered electronically.
• No physical items will be shipped.
• Once your payment is processed and the download link is provided, all sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after a file has been downloaded or access has been granted.

2. Exceptions for File Issues

We stand behind the quality of our templates.
We will provide a replacement or corrected file if:

• The file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened.
• The link you receive does not match the product you purchased.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once and have not downloaded the duplicate file, contact us at dansdigitalsart@gmail.com within 7 days.
We can issue a credit or refund for the duplicate order at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You no longer need or want the product.
• You purchased the wrong item by mistake and have already downloaded it.
• You lack the required software (e.g., Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel) or cannot operate it.
• You request features or customisations not advertised in the product description.

5. Technical Support

If you encounter difficulties with downloading or using your file:

• First, review the included instructions.
• If the issue persists, email dansdigitalsart@gmail.com and we will assist with troubleshooting.

6. Updates & Revisions

We may occasionally update templates to fix bugs or add minor improvements.
If you purchased a product and we release an updated version, you will have access to the updated file at no extra cost.
